Involved in Manufacturing of electrical and electronic products, V-Guard Industries have made ipo offer with per share Rs 82 equity shares. came out with a public issue of 80,00,000 equity shares.
V-Guard Industries has plan to set up Cable manufacturing plant in Coimbatore and Uttaranchal, Enameling Plant at Coimbatore, Fan and Pumps at Himachal Pradesh and Coimbatore, Service and Distribution Centers at Bangalore, Hubli and Vijaywada.
V-Guard Industries is a manufacturer of Monobloc, Jet, Submersible, Compressor pumps and Electric Motors, Insulated Electrical Cables.
