If you are in India and use ATM card regularly , then one good news is for you. RBI the reserve bank of India has given christmas gift to citizens of India. From 2009 , Any one in India can use ATM for cash withdrawal from ATM of any bank without paying any fees.
Obviously those like SBI , ICICI , HDFC bank , AXIS bank who have build large ATM networks are not happy with this news. They said they are not here for social service. They will stop providing ATM services if RBI makes it free in India.
