Deshdrohi a Movie made on the issue of Migration issue of North Indians like UP and Bihar people in Maharshtra , has been banned by the Maharashtra Government.
As we all know the issue very well , Some UP based Actor Director North Indian Kamal Rashid Khan had come with the film like DESHDROHI in which Kamal Khan advocates the People of UP and Bihar.
In the Movie Deshdrohi , North Indian Kamal Khan is a Lead Actor , Gracy Singh is main actress , Aman Verma is playing UP politician etc.
The Movie Desh Drohi is all set to release on 14 November 2008.
All though the Censor board passed the movie DeshDrohi without any cut , the maharashtra police and Maharashtra govt ealier asked Kamal Khan to arrange a special show for them to see whether the movie will affect the law and order situation in the state or not.
Seeing the Movie , The Maharasra govt felt that the movie must be banned in Maharashtra because it may create tension in the state.
