According to Economic Times news report almost 4 lakh students across country will today take the IIT JEE 2009 Entrance test.
The number of seats in IIT has increased this year due to implementation of OBC quota and openning of new IIT colleges last year.
Other then IITs other colleges will also consider IIT jee 2009 score for admission into their programmes. These colleges are IT BHU and ISM, Dhanbad, etc.
